Reading this leaflet has solved all my shoe buying/wearing problems. It’s just a shame i didn’t get hold of it years ago and instead it cost the nhs a podiatry appointment to get it to me!
Love it, but does get a little annoying when all i can think of is the theme tune, which then plays in my head all morning. Thanks Youseff.
Bubbles in space!
1 photo a day
Ok, so that didn’t go to plan. Oh well, think i’ll have to start that again when i have more time and energy. In the meantime check out these photos http://www.flickr.com/photos/marcdroberts/sets/72157623115404870/ Marc’s 365 photo set.
xmas 09
Planned the next few weeks, christmas-wise, got down the xmas decs - smelling delicious and now playing xmas songs (with a few danish ones thrown in).
Miner VGA rocks
Yes, thanks to Scrubs i remembered a brilliant game i playing in the 90’s. Fab miner game with great noises for springs and cave ins etc. Entering and exiting the bank hundreds of times to get the best deals and manically pressing ‘left and right’ or ‘up and down’ over and over to reveal what was hidden behind the rocks. Brilliant. You know where to find me for the next few weeks until it drives me insane.
1 photo a day
My OH is going to start taking a photo a day at the beginning of the new year, after being inspired by many others who do the same in order to improve their photography skills. Well i’ve decided to take a photo a day from now. I may have to change this to once a week if i start to be too dull - let me know.
Marks and Spencers Fishcakes
It seems M&S feel their fish cakes are valuable enough to warrant a security tag. A fact which the cashier and I were unaware.
As I walked out, having made my purchases, the security alarm sounded. The security guard noticed the tag on the fish cakes.
What’s funnier is the cooking instructions for the fish cakes were either oven bake or grill, only. Yet the security label said on it “Remove before microwaving”.
Beatles Rockband
Been very busy over the last week playing loads of Beatles rockband. Well it’s not like there’s much on tv at the moment.
Afternoon tea
Just been to a swanky hotel for afternoon tea (Marc’s bday present). Was loads of fun. The food was different for each of us (one menu for gentlemen and one for ladies). We also chose the type of tea we drank, which came by the pot full (several times over). All the food was delicious and the ‘butler’ was very attentive and informative. All in all a great afternoon, which should be repeated sometime in the future.
